โหลดเสร็จแตกไฟล์ทีล่ะไฟล์จะได้เหมือนรูปข้างล่าง 

เมื่อแตกไฟล์ครบแล้ว ให้เปิด Setup.exe เพื่อทำการติดตั้งเหมือนลงโปรแกรมทั่วไป

กฎการใช้งาน
1 ประชาชน หมอ ตำรวจ ต้องตั้งชื่อในเกมส์ กับใน TS3 ให้ตรงกัน หากตรวจแล้วไม่ตรงจะทำการเตะ
2 ประชาชน หมอ ตำรวจ ก่อนเข้าเซิร์ฟเกมส์ กรุณาออน TS3 ด้วย หากตรวจแล้วพบว่า ไม่ออน Ts3 แต่เข้าเล่นเกมส์ จะทำการเตะออกจากเซิร์ฟ
3 ประชาชน ต้องอยู่ในห้องของ ประชาชนเท่านั้น ยกเว้นว่า ไปแจ้งความกับตำรวจ หรือของความช่วยเหลือจากหมอ
4 หมอต้อง อยู่ในห้องของหมอ เท่านั้น ยกเว้นมีเหตุจำเป็นจริงๆ
5 ตำรวจต้องอยู่ในห้องของตำรวจเท่านั้นยหเว้นมีเหตุจำเป็น
6 ห้ามก่อกวน หรือ พูดในห้องต่างๆโดยไม่จำเป็น
7 ทุกคน ต้องเปิด ลำโพงไว้
กฎอาจจะเยอะหน่อยนะครับ
เพราะเซิร์ฟ 3 มันเป็นการจำลองชีวิตจริง ซึ่ง ชีวิตจริงก็ต้องมีกฎในการอยู่ร่วมกัน
ถ้าคิดว่าทำตามกฎไม่ได้ก็ไม่ต้องเล่นนะครับ
